Shipping & Delivery
Underabuck will stand behind products before and after each purchase. Efficient and timely shipping will be guaranteed with every accurate order submission. Shipping discrepancies will be handled first by Underabuck then secondarily by participating suppliers and/or couriers. Shipping internationally may extend the time and cost of the order. All deliveries will be normally handled by a commercial courier except when other personal services have been arranged with Underabuck. An order may come in separate deliveries. These will be normally from two separate suppliers with an order of multiple products. Nevertheless, each delivery will be guaranteed to be delivered on time.
Privacy & Security
Underabuck believes every phase of business requires fairness and professionalism. Therefore, Underabuck maintains all customer and visitor information with the strictest of confidentiality. Underabuck does not misuse information gathered from any part of a user's experience of Underabuck will use information gained from traffic on the domain only to provide better service to each user. Further, Underabuck handles all financial business securely through a professional medium. Any complaint of an error within the order's process will receive immediate attention. Underabuck will respond within twenty-four hours of receiving a claim.
Returns & Replacements
Underabuck accepts the possibility of a wrong order and assumes responsibility of righting every wrong. Returns will be accepted within ninety days after the order was submitted. These returns will be reimbursed in the event of printing error or other processing mistake. All other returns will be credited to the extent a product retains use for future orders. Underabuck will strive for fair resolutions with each return. Additionally, all replacements will be delivered in the shortest time possible. Costs of delivery of replacements will be handled on a case by case basis. Replacements due to manufacturing error or other induced damage will not be charged to the customer. Underabuck welcomes feedback during the order's process and/or after an order's completion. Orders may be placed via online or by calling the toll-free number. Underabuck will send an email confirmation with each submitted order to the contact information listed in the order's request. Special print or artwork will be accommodated on a case by case basis. Orders will be sent out based on "Production Time" which can be found for each product under the "Product Details" tab at the bottom of each item's web page. Submitting faulty information delays the order's process. Custom orders like variations to imprint color quantities or additional location requests may be possible. Custom orders will be available depending on the product and supplying company. Contact Underabuck with any special requests.
Pricing, Payment, & Promotions
Underabuck lists all costs with the product's information. The "Grand Total" in the checkout presents the final price. Any question on pricing for custom orders should be requested by contacting Underabuck via the toll-free number or the contact email address. Cash or check payments will be accepted. The order's process will begin at the time the payment is received. At times, "Discount Codes" will be offered for incentive purposes. These "Discount Codes" may only be used according the terms of use described for the incentive. From time to time, Underabuck offers promotions in the form of monthly specials, seasonal specials and/or sale items. Underabuck withholds the right to withdraw a promotion at anytime. Underabuck always strives to offer the best pricing available.
Viewing Orders
Underabuck makes viewing orders simple using the cart tool on the website and the "My Account" tool for registered customers. For viewing previous orders, registered customers should check "My Orders" within the "My Account" tool. Note, a customer's order will only be viewable online for orders completed while checking out as a registered customer. If account history lacks sufficient information, contact Underabuck for further assistance. Underabuck will make available any receipt or order history upon request. Such requested material can be emailed or physically mailed to any customer.
Updating Account Information
Underabuck manages and services all registered customers' accounts. Accounts will remain active indefinitely or until customers unsubscribe from account services. This can be done by phone or simply by email ( Incomplete data fields within an account's profile may delay an order, inhibit customer service, or sidestep valuable customer promotions. Updating an account can be done using the "My Account" tool. Users should limit their registered accounts to as few as possible. Loyalty promotions may offer greater discounts to registered customers with multiple orders. Separate accounts may not be combined to become valid for such promotions.
