When calculating delivery time, be sure to account for production time in addition to the shipping method. Production time does not begin until we receive approval on any and all proofs and/or samples regarding your order.
We cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged by the shipping company, but keep in mind that products will be insured through those shipping companies. We would appreciate any feedback you may have on any company used to ship your items, and will use that information in our future considerations for shipping options.
All orders ship directly from the manufacturer, and can be split and sent to multiple locations if you desire, for an additional charge, per location. Please email [email protected] if you need your delivery routed to multiple addresses.
If you wish to use a personal or corporate account with a certain courier company, please supply any account information they require for pick up with your art submission.
