This portable exercise mat measures 68"length by 24" width and is about 0.125" thick. It is made of polyester material to make cleaning easier and aid firmness during exercises. The exercise mat is packed in a mesh carrying bag for easy conveyance. After use, the mat is easily foldable into a portable shape to be carried around.
