Imprinting Information
We want to get your imprint right the first time and make sure you are positioned to stand out from the crowd. Below are the steps taken after your order is submitted.
As long as acceptable artwork is submitted, you will receive a virtual proof within 24hrs of submitting an order Monday-Friday that will be a good example of how your order will look when it is printed. If there are any issues with your submitted artwork (i.e. non vector or low resolution) we will contact you as soon as we can after the order is placed so as not to hold anything up.
Once you receive your first proof, we can make as many revisions as necessary to make sure we get your layout just right. We do this free of charge!
Once you have approved your virtual proof we will get your order into production and supply an estimated ship date and delivery date.
